Depression...It REALLY does get better!

Exercise is my new obsession - doing cardio four days a week but will be adding yoga soon. I like the way I feel afterwards and I wear my sweat stained clothing like a badge of honor-the best part is that I am on my way to losing weight with the added benefit of de-stressing my crazy life.

Operation Husband on Hold
Looking for husband is exhausting so I have placed my search on hold until further notice. I cannot actively workout 4 days a week, work OT, and hang out with friends on the weekend…so if you are out there, you gotta get my attention or I might just speed walk past you!

I have been excercising for the past 5 weeks…so tired…
Excercising is Expensive
I have been feeling so sore lately because of all the cardio I’ve been doing the past few weeks. My feet are swollen, my hips, shoulder and lower back are killing and I am so tired. So now I have to take supplements for inflammation, blue-green algae for energy, amino acids for recovery and coconut water to rehydrate. That’s a LOT money folks.
